摘要
20世纪70年代,中国完成了将众多的繁杂的中压配电网系统电压统一为10kV的工作。随着经济建设的飞速发展以及人民生活水平的不断提高,城市的电力需求快速增长,尤其是人口密集、经济发达的中心城区和新开发区,现行的以10kV供电电压等级已经不能满足当地的经济发展需求。并且在一些20kV的试点地区的运行结果表明采用20kV配电网,技术上是先进的,经济上是合理的。
本文首先论述了20kV电压等级配电的优点和优势,再从我国居民的负荷需求入手,说明10kV配电电压等级已不能满足我国居民日益增长的负荷需求。第三章从技术性、经济性分析比较10kV与20kV配电情况,并且得出20kV配电电压等级在很多方面具有优势。第四章介绍了20kV电网改造过程中主要设备的选型和升压改造措施。接下来本论文作了计算机分析与仿真,首先是基于PSCAD/EMTDC的10kV与20kV电压等级的对比情况分析,接着对无功补偿情况作了简要的介绍并对其进行仿真,最后作了突合开关和单相接地短路两种故障情况仿真,并且对仿真下电压、电流和功率等重要参数作了分析和得出结论。结尾部分是结论和致谢。

Abstract
Before the 20th 90s, China pleted a large number of medium voltage power distribution system voltage of 10kV unified work. With the rapid development of economic construction and people's living standards improving, the city's rapid growth in electricity demand, particularly in densely populated and economically developed central urban area and new developed zone, the existing power supply voltage 10kV have been unable to meet local economic developing needs. And in some pilot areas 20kV operation results show that the use of 20kV work, technically advanced and economically reasonable.
This paper discusses the 20kV voltage level distribution of benefits and advantages, and then started from our residents' load demand,we can see that 10kV distribution voltage level can not meet the load demand of the growing population. The third chapter from the technical, economic analysis parison of 10kV and 20kV power distribution situation e to 20kV distribution voltage level has advantages in many ways. The fourth chapter presents work reconstruction process main equipment selection and boost reconstructing measures.
