摘要:铁路运输是现代最有效的陆上交通方式,相对于其他运输方式来说,铁路运输具有明显的优势:第一,成本低;第二,运
输能力大,第三,单车装载量大;第四速度快;以及其他优势。然而真是由于运输能力大,速度快等优势,导致铁路安全问题被

关键技术特点进行了归纳总结,为确保LKJ 的正常运用提供了一定的参考性意见。

Abstract :The railway transportation is the most effective means of land pared to other
modes of transport,the railway transport has obvious advantages:first,low cost;second,large transport
capacity,third,cycling loading;the fourth speed and other ,it is due to the transport
capacity,speed and other advantages,leading to problems of railway safety is proposed,related to people's
life and property base line data chenk system by monitoring of the railway system in all
directions without dead angle,in the aspect of information processing,information feedback,to achieve a
comprehensive,accurate,through the analysis of the structure and function of LKJ base line data check
system,the key technical features of the system are summarized,providing certain opinions in order to
ensure the normal use of LKJ.
