目的了解台州医院辅助人员离职情况,探寻其主要影响因素及对策。方法设计辅助人员工作满意度
调查表,收集影响辅助人员离职的有关信息,数据采用 软件处理。结果招聘渠道较单一,约
65% 的应聘者系本院职工推荐;岗前培训不规范,无固定的带教老师,后续培训欠规范;部分就业者对护理
员等临床辅助性岗位有偏见。结论针对离职原因,应拓宽招聘渠道,实地观摩后确定入职意向,优化岗前
培训方式,强化在职分层次教育,加强医院文化的宣传,可有效减少辅助人员离职。
