固体发酵蜜环茵多糖提取工艺的研究

摘要:研究了从固体发酵蜜环茵茵丝体中提取水溶性多糖的工艺。通过比较,证明了冷冻能提高多糖的提取效率;
通过单因素实验,确定水溶性多糖的提取工艺;正交试验进一步优化提取工艺:即浸提时间 、浸提 90~C、固液
比 1:5为最佳提取条件。

Abstract:The paper studied the extraction of the water—soluble harides from Armillariell
was proved that freezing can improve the extracting efficiency of harides through
results of single factor test and orthogonal test proved that the optimum extracting
conditions were as follows:the ratio of sample to water(W:v),thesample to of werefollows:theas ratio conditions and the temperature extraction
extraction time were 1:5 90~( respectively.
