Step 1: lead-in part: One Minute Fly
watch a short movie and take notes;
discuss the following questions with your deskmates.
1. What does “ess” mean for you? Are you eager for ess?
2. Do you think “effort”(努力;勤奋)is important? Why? And give your reasons.
3. Does “effort “will certainly lead to “ess”? What are the relations(关系) between “effort” and “ess”?
