摘要
目前我国钢材市场存在着广阔的发展空间,尤其随着的提高,我国优质特殊钢发展迅速。为生产优质不锈钢、电工钢、超深冲IF汽车板,各钢铁企业加强了对相关设备的开发。
我国的特殊钢大部分采用电炉冶炼,但是电炉却不适合一些小批量的特殊钢种的生产,感应炉与吹氧、底吹、真空等各种冶炼手段的结合,顺应了这一市场需求。感应炉已具有近110年的历史,主要用于熔化。近年来感应炉熔炼设备和工艺正在不断发展,主要有能量窗口技术、感应真空反应器技术、氩氧感应炉技术、冷坩埚真空感应熔炼技术。未来的发展空间主要集中在冶炼基础的研究和节约能源提高效率等方面。
本文分析了多功能真空精炼炉的特点,介绍了VOD模拟工艺,进行了配料计算;在论述了真空感应炉工作原理的基础上,主要对多功能真空精炼炉坩埚、感应器的设计做了详细的说明,所设计坩埚的平均直径为30cm,高度为56cm,感应器内径为44cm,高度为53cm,功率为200kW。之后对真空系统顶吹氧枪和底吹氩系统以及电源和控制系统进行了选择。
本文所设计的真空精炼炉能够有效降低钢中的碳、氮含量,提高钢的强度,从而能够进行优质产品开发,还可以在原有产品基础上对成分、温度等方面进行控制,开发新工艺,生产优质电工钢、超深冲汽车板,特别是超低碳氮产品,如超纯铁素体不锈钢、IF钢。

Multifunction vacuum refining furnace design
Abstract
Now rolled products market in our country has a widely development space, especially following the requirement of machinery, car and electron industry, high-quality special steel is developing in a high speed. To produce high-quality stainless steel, electric steel and extra-deep drawing IF car steel plate, every iron and steel enterprise emphasize the exploitation to relevant equipment.
In our country, special steel is always smelted by electric furnace, but it is not suitable for some special steel when it’s needed only small-lot. Combining oxygen blowing, subaeration, and vacuum and so on, induction furnace satisfies these markets wants. Induction furnace is usually used of melting with a history of one hundred years. In recent years induction furnace has a great development on equipment and technology, such as PWT (Power Window Technology), IVR (Induction Vacuum Reactor), AODIF (Argon Oxygen Decarburation Induction Furnace) and vacuum melting method with cold crucible. In the future the development will concentrate at the research on melting foundation, energy conservation and increasing of efficiency and so on.
