P-30B耙斗装岩机是通过绞车的两个滚筒分别牵引主绳、尾绳使耙斗作往复运动,把岩石扒入进料槽,自卸料槽卸料口卸入矿车或箕斗而实现装岩作业。该机主要由固定楔、尾轮、耙斗、台车、绞车、操纵机构、导向轮、料槽(进料槽、中间槽、卸料槽)及电气部分等组成。本设计包含了其中的大部分内容,其中最主要是对绞车的设计,包括电动机、传动机构、工作滚筒、空程滚筒等,在设计过程中结合实际情况,严格按照国家标准以及煤炭行业标准,力争给出最合理的参数,最后对一些关键部件进行了强度校核,耙装机是煤炭装载自动化设备中的重要组成部分,能够创造良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract
P-30B rock rake bucket loading machine use two drum which tract the head of fighting, respectively, the end of fighting to get reciprocating motion of bucket, which hold the rock into the trough, then from the trough mouth to slot where rocks dump into the tub and skip ,so loading operations is achieved. It is pared of the fixed wedge, tail wheel, rake bucket, trolley, hoist, control agencies, driven wheels, trough (trough into ,the middle slot, slot discharge), and electrical parts and so on. The design includes most of the contents above, the most important is the design of the hoist, including the motor, drive mechanism, the working roller, air-way roller, etc., during the design process, combined with the actual situation, in strict accordance with the national standards as well as the coal industry standards, strive to give the most reasonable parameters, and finally rock rake bucket loading machine is one of the ponents of the automation equipment in the loading of coal, and of course can create a good economic and social benefits.

第一章绪论
耙斗装岩机是一种主要用于煤矿的装载机械,和其他装载机械相比,具有结构简单、价格低廉、操纵灵活、适应性强(即适应水平装载,又适应上下山的斜坡巷道装载)易实现平行作业、装载效率高的特点。据统计,我国耙斗装岩机的总产量已数十万台,为煤矿开发做出了重要贡献。耙斗装岩机是实现巷道掘进机械化的主要设备,受到各方面用户的好评。不但在煤炭、冶金矿山得到广泛应用,在铁路隧道、水电涵洞施工中都得到了广泛应用。所以耙斗装岩机在矿业开发和其他国民经济中具
