摘要:概念设计方案的评价和决策是概念设计过程的关键环节。由于概念设计阶段设计信息的不完备性、评价过程本身的复杂性以及评价准则的复杂性和难以量化等特点,加大了客观决策的难度。有鉴于此,本文综合应用模糊集理论、层次分析法和多准则决策理论,提出了一种概念设计方案评估选择的模糊多准则决策方法,建立了模糊多准则决策的数学模型,并运用模糊层次分析法确定评价准则权重,充分考虑多领域专家的意见和产品开发过程的风险性,为得到客观、真实的评价结果提供科学依据。

A fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making model for conceptual design candidate evaluation
Abstract: Evaluation and identification of the best conceptual design candidate is a crucial step of a product design. It is very difficult to make an objective evaluation because design information is plete and evaluation process and evaluation criteria plex. Therefore, a fuzzy multi-criteria decision support system is developed to evaluate the concept design candidates. This bines fuzzy set theory and group decision with the AHP to decrease the influence of decision makers’ subjective preferences and control the imprecise variations during evaluation process. The degree of confidence and risk index are also taken into account. A fuzzy AHP method is used to determinate the weights of evaluation criteria. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the effective feasibility of the proposed method.

概念设计是产品开发过程中最初同时也是最具有创造力的重要环节。在这一阶段,可以产生多个可行设计方案,因而要求建立起一个客观有效的方案选择评价模型对所有备选方案进行评价,从而得到一个最佳的方案
