Our workshop may produce blocks weighing about 200 tons. In the course of block fabrication, we may provide pre-installation of foundation, equipment, piping, cable bearer and iron outfitting according to block pre-installation list for hull, marine machinery, piping, electricity and outfitting present shown in production design.

Construct in the front with bottom plate as the reference plane and the assembly jig as supporting plates to have reversible deformation.
Lay bottom plates and install bilge board with rounded corner.
Install longitudinal frame and ribbed panel.
ponents like longitudinal bulkhead, transverse bulkhead and exterior panel etc. in platform and lift them up to the assembly jig in sequence.
Cover with platform plates, stern transom plates and exterior panels.
Measure block shape and levelness then hand over for acceptance.

Interior bottom block
Construct in reverse with bottom plate as the reference plane and the assembly jig as supporting plates to have reversible deformation.

Cover with bottom plates.
Check external dimension (length, width, height) of blocks and for any parts missed, then hand over for welding.
Apply welding to blocks turned over and supported to horizontality.
Measure block shape and levelness then hand over for acceptance.
