摘    要:
社区卫生服务内容的拓展决定了服务从业人员需要具备扎实的专业知识和技能外, 需同时具备众多专业素养, 如沟通能力、协调能力、合作能力、领导能力和极强的社会责任感等。传统医学教育手段已经难以满足预防医学生对社区卫生服务工作能力培养的需要, 积极开展社区实践教学可有效提升预防医学生公共卫生服务能力, 提高就业核心竞争力。

Abstract:
Beyond of professional knowledge and skills, the expanding munity health service capability is conditioned by munication skill, coordination ability, cooperation ability, leadership skill and social responsibility of practitioners. Traditional methods of medical education cannot meet the needs of the student's ability cultivation in the field of preventive medicine. As a result, effective practice teaching munity practice should be considered to be one of the best paths for promoting student's ability of public health service petitiveness of employme
