摘要:财务预算管理从产生、发展到现在,始终是一个开放的理论体系,它不断吸收先进的管理思想和方法为其所用,在企业管理实践中取得了良好的效果。但是,进入21世纪,我国企业传统的财务预算管理方式受到了挑战,对企业整体的管理水平也提出了更高的要求。因此,对我国企业财务预算管理的现状及其存在的问题进行分析和探讨研究就具有重要的价值。对于现代企业来说,建立完善的现代企业制度就必须建立科学合理的财务预算管理制度。针对企业财务预算管理的内涵,财务预算管理的现状,财务预算管理的必要性、存在的问题进行了探讨,并在此基础上了提出了针对性的改进措施,期望能为我国企业财务预算管理制度的完善提供有益的借鉴作用。

Abstract:From the emergence and development to the present ,the financial budget management has always been an open theoretical system. It is constantly absorbing advanced management ideas and methods for their use and management practices in the enterprise achieve good results. However, in the 21st century, China's enterprises of the financial budget of traditional management methods had been challenged on the overall management of the enterprise level to a higher demand. Therefore, Chinese enterprises' status of the financial budget management and its problems in the analysis and discussion of research are on an important value. For modern enterprises, the establishment of a sound modern enterprise system must be based on scientific and reasonable financial budget management system. This article on the financial budget for the management of enterprise content, the status of the financial budget management, the necessityOf financial budget management and its problems have been discussed. On this basis it has been proposed to improve the targeted measures. Expecting that it will provide a beneficial reference for our Corporate Finance in order to improve budget management system.
