基于需求理论的浙江民营企业知识型员工激励问题研究
【摘要】知识经济时代,人力资本和知识资本成为经济发展的优势资源和内在动力。知识型员工作为知识存储的载体,在民营企业中的作用发挥和有效激励成为现代企业和学术界探讨的重要问题。本文以浙江超雷皮具有限公司为案例,首先阐述了知识型员工的内涵的特点,并对其激励需求进行分析后得知,知识型员工的需求不是简单的由低级到高级逐步满足的需求结构,而是混合性需求,并特别注重个体成长和价值实现。管理者要注重员工的尊重、自我实现等高层次精神需求,以便提供创造性作、鼓励个性发挥的环境来调动员工的积极性。在以上需求分析的基础上提出建立完整的知识型员工激励模型。它要求企业将能够满足员工需要,激励员工努力工作的因素综合考虑进来,并以薪酬、制度等方式确定下来,为员工发展创造一切有利的内外环境,最大限度地激发员工的积极性和创造性。这种完善的激励机制对传统型企业激励知识型员工有一定借鉴意义。

A Research on The Incentive of Knowledge Workers of Private Enterprises in Zhejiang Based on Demand theory
【Abstract】 In the era of knowledge economy, human capital and knowledge capital has e an economic development superiority resources and intrinsic motivation. Knowledge staff as knowledge stored in private enterprises carrier, the role play and an effective incentive e modern enterprise and academic circles explore important issues. Taking A enterprise as A case, expatiates the connotation of the knowledge-type employees, and the characteristic of the incentive, the paper analysis the demand that knowledge staff's demand is not A simple from low to high gradually satisfy demand structure, but mixed demand, and pay special attention to individual growth and value realization. Managers should pay attention to staff's respect, self realization high-level spiritual requirements, and to provide creative, encouraging personality play environment to arouse the enthusiasm of the employees. In the above requirements analysis is proposed on the basis of the establishment of plete knowledge staff incentive model. It requires the enterprise will be able to meet employee need to motivate their hard work prehensive consideration in, and to pay, system shall be determined by means of down, for staff development to create all favorable internal and external environment, the maximum motivate their enthusiasm and creativity. This kind of incentive mechanism of t
