我国国有煤碳企业对煤炭能源的管理
摘要
能源对于经济和社会的发展至关重要,而随着人口的增长经济的发展,能源短缺日益严重,环境也因污染性能源的消耗而日趋恶化。我国的能源形势也不容乐观,尤其是煤炭能源。本文通过对世界的能源的近况以及我国煤炭能源供需的矛盾分析入手,指出了世界能源的发展趋势和我国国有煤炭企业车间煤炭能源发展的主要问题,并在分析我国国有企业煤炭能源发展矛盾的基础上,阐述了通过对我国国有企业人力源管理,企业需要创新,优化能源结构,改善管理模式,煤炭业开展多元化经营要处理好一些关系等几方面的具体对策来对我国国有企业煤炭能源进行管理。

Our State-owned Coal Mining Enterprises For The Management
Abstract
Energy for economic and social development vital, but along with the growth of the population of economic development, and energy shortage, environment also increasingly serious for polluting energy consumption and deteriorated. China's energy situation is not optimistic, especially coal energy. This article through to the world's energy wellbeing and our coal energy supply and demand contradiction, this paper points out the development trend of world energy and China's state-owned coal enterprises workshop coal energy development, and the main problems in the analysis of China's state-owned enterprises coal energy development contradictions, this paper elaborates on the basis of China's state-owned enterprises through 1 human sourcemanagement 2 enterprise needs innovative three optimize energy structure, improve the management mode 4 coal industry developing diversified business to deal with some aspects of the relationship between the specific countermeasures of China's state-owned enterprises to coal energy management.
