供应链管理中战略合作伙伴选择问题研究
摘要
随着经济全球化和知识经济时代的到来,无国界化企业经营的趋势越来越明显,整个市场竞争呈现明显的国际化和一体化。竞争也不再是企业与企业之间的竞争,而是供应链与供应链之问的竞争,为了使企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地,必须对供应链战略合作伙伴进行科学的评价与选择,从而保证整条供应链的效率和稳定性,使企业在激烈的竞争中保持自己的竞争优势。
为了提高市场竞争力,保持不败之地,企业积极寻求新的管理模式,供应链管理下战略合作伙伴关系应运而生。处于竞争日益激烈的商业环境,为降低生产成本,降低库存,改善产品的质量,战略合作伙伴的选择尤为重要。本文通过对对供应链管理中战略合作伙伴选择中潜在的问题分析,提出战略合作伙伴选择相应的对策及方法,进而更好的选择供应链战略合作伙伴。

Abstract
With ing of economic globalization and the era of knowledge economy,enterprise operation without national boundaries is ing more and more apparent. The whole petition also presents obvious internationalization and 's among the supply trains where petition lies,not just among the order to keep in the invincible position in petition, the enterprise must select and evaluate the strategic partners scientifically, consequently keeping the supply chain stable and efficient, also holding the advantage of the enterprise in the petition.
In order to improve the petitive power, keep the invincible position, the enterprises to actively seek new management mode, supply chain management strategy partner relations arises at the historic moment.
