全髋关节置换术患者的康复护理

     【摘要】  目的探讨人工全髋关节置换术前后早期进行科学功能康复训练的效果。方法制定一整套人工全髋关节置换术围手术期功能康复训练程序,掌握训练进度,采取尽早开始、循序渐进、个别对待、随时调整、持之以恒的原则。结果本组68 例全髋关节置换术,髋关节功能按Charnley标准评分,疗效判定优31 例,良18 例,可15 例,差4 例,优良率72%。结论功能康复训练程序具有康复快、关节功能恢复效果好、并发症少的特点。

    Abstract:Objective  To explore the role of early rehabilitation training during the perioperation of total artificial hip   Establish a preoperative rehabilitation training program of total artificial hip joint replacement,control the progress of training,with the principle of starting as early as possible,proceeding in an orderly way,treating individual,adjustmenting as necessary,  According to the scale of Charnley,Among total 68 cases there were 31 cases excellent in the hip joint function,18 good,15 fair,4 poor,the rate of excellent and good was 72%.Conclusion  This program of rehabilitation training has the merit of quick rehabilite,good result of joint function recovery,lications.

    应用人工全髋关节置换术,能有效地减轻患者的痛苦,改善髋关节功能,从而使患者获得生活上的
