传统的激光打标都是采用PC机,通用串行总线(USB)系统是针对现有的计算机(PC)
外围设备连接体制所具有的规格混乱、不支持热插拔等缺点而提出来的新一代计算机
与外围设备之间的通信协议,它具有高速、双向、低成本、同步、可动态连接等优点,
成为计算机新的接口标准。本论文完成了基于USB总线的主/从激光打标控制器设计。
本文所研制的激光打标控制器,以高性能的 USB 接口芯片 CY7C68013 及低电压、
低功耗、高速度的程序存储器和数据存储器为核心部件,扩展了具有高速数据传输能
力的 USB 总线和具有较小延时的外围可编程逻辑器件(CPLD),保证了系统的高速数据
处理能力;采用 USB-OTG 接口芯片 SL811HS 实现对 U 盘读写控制,解决打标文件的存
储问题;良好人机交互界面的设计,实现了中文窗口菜单,解决了参数的输入、显示、
修改和保存。其固件程序采用 C51 进行编程,设计合理,具有开放性、可移植性和可
扩展的特点,上下位机开发人员可独立或协同工作。接下来,在分析其激光打标工艺
效果的基础上,提出硬件的改进。并对激光打标控制器固件的程序框架流程图以及各
功能模块的流程图做了详细说明。
通过实际测试,该控制卡顺利完成了FIFO的数据缓冲、模拟量输出、定时脉冲信
号、数字量输入输出等功能。

Abstract
Traditional laser marking system is achieved by PC. Universal Serial Bus featuring high
speed, bidirectional transmission, synchronization, and low cost,dynamical connection has
developed into a new criteria puter interface and a new generation of protocol for the
communication between puter and its Peripherals. It is designed for eliminating the
conflict between all kinds of peripherals and avoiding the reconfiguration step when
installing a new peripheral. This thesis present you a design of controlled card for laser
marking based on the USB master/slave architecture.
In the laser marking controller introduced in this paper, a USB processor CY7C68013
together with a data and a program memory which work with lower voltage and lower power
consumer at high speed are applied as the core part, meanwhile the USB bus with good
ability of data transmission at high speed plex programmable logic device (CPLD)
with less time delay which assures better data processing capacity of a system at high speed
are extended here. SL811 was implemented here to control the read and write function of u
disk, and solve the problem concerning the storage of a marking file. Particularly this design
has a good puter interface which display in Chinese window
