摘要目的:阐述奥沙利铂的药理学和临床研究概况。方法:综述了1993~1997年的有关奥沙利铂的研究进展。结果:奥沙利铂抗瘤谱与顺铂不同,与顺铂无交叉耐药性,单药或与氟脲嘧啶/甲酰四氢叶酸钙联合治疗晚期大肠癌有较好疗效,而毒副反应较顺铂轻。结论:奥沙利铂是一个有前途的药物,有必要开展进一步临床研究。
ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE:To brief the pharmacological and clinical studies of :The advances in the study of oxaliplatin different from cisplatin and has no cross-resistance ent of advanced colorectal cancer ild ADRs in parison ising anticancer drug in chemotherapy but further studies seem to be needed.
