第三代(3G)移动通信是目前移动通信发展的主要方向。TD-SCDMA是我国具有自主知识产权的3G通信制式。随着TD-SCDMA技术的日益成熟,我国相继开展了对TD-SCDMA网络的规模试验。因此,进行TD-SCDMA网络规划设计显得至关重要。
通过借鉴2G网络规划的经验,结合TD-SCDMA自身特点,本文从网络运行以及市场定位角度对TD-SCDMA的网络规划进行了研究。首先,由一般无线网络规划引出了TD-SCDMA无线网络规划的设计流程,阐述了TD-SCDMA无线网络规划的设计特点(邻区规划、频率规划、码资源规划、多载频组网等)。接着,详细研究了网络规划设计,包括无线网络规划目标、链路预算、无线传播模型覆、容量规划以及覆盖规划。
TD-SCDMA移动通信无线网络规划包括网络规划流程、网络覆盖流程、覆盖规划、无线小区规划、位置区规划。此次无线网络规划主要以覆盖规划和容量规划为依托,以兴城市四家村附近区域为案例,以辽宁工程技术大学为详细实例,进行站址的实际设计。
本文为进一步促进TD-SCDMA网络的商业化,建设一个能够有效管理、可靠运营和便于维护的TD-SCDMA网络,提供了有效技术支持。

ABSTRACT
Third-generation (3G) munications is the main munications direction. TD-SCDMA is China's independent intellectual property rights with the munication standard. With the TD-SCDMA technology increasingly mature, China has essively launched a TD-work on the scale test. Thus, TD-work planning and design es critical.
By using the experience of work planning, combined with the characteristics, TD-SCDMA, this article from the perspective work operation and market positioning of TD-work planning is of all, led by general work planning design process of TD-SCDMA work planning, this paper expounds the design features of TD-SCDMA work planning (neighborhood planning, frequency planning, resource planning, multiple carrier working, etc.).Then, network planning and design were studied in detail, including work planning objectives, link budget, wireless propagation model, capacity planning and coverage planning.
