本工程位于海南省海南省海口市滨海大道256号。。建筑总面积: ㎡(地上);建筑高度: m;幕墙起始标高:- m,最高标高: m;建筑主体结构形式:钢筋混凝土框架结构;预计使用吊篮25台。
三. 施工准备
(1)、使用方必须在建筑物内外预备380V电源。
(2)、为了减少往楼顶搬运吊篮配件的劳动强度,提高安装速度,有塔吊或升降设备的应给予配合。
(3)、建筑物顶部或架设悬挂机构的场地具备基本平整条件,此平台必须牢固、稳定,符合楼顶安装平台的条件。已做防水保护层的,准备木板若干,以加强成品的保护。
(4)、建筑物顶部有其它杂物的应清理干净,便于安装或移动。由于电动吊篮移动方便、灵活、使用效率高,没有其它特许要求。
(5)、专人负责搬运、安装、移机及吊篮的拆卸。
(6)、搬运:水平搬运包括平台、绳坠块、电器系统;垂直搬运包括屋面悬挂装置、钢丝绳、配重块。
