济南宏泰太厦分户采暖和换热站设计
摘要
本设计是济南宏泰大厦分户采暖和换热站设计。要求根据给定的建筑资料和原始资料,设计一套安全可靠,经济合理的系统。
本设计采用高层分户采暖供热系统,共用立管设置在管道间内采用双管系统,在管道间中设置分、集水器,每户从分、集水器上单独引出供回、水管。户内采用双管同程系统,使每户形成一个独立的系统,在每户入口处设热量表以计量热量,实现分户热计量。采暖方式采用低温散热器采暖。根据此建筑物的特点对其进行竖向分区。同时,还考虑了经济、可靠、节能等方面。
换热站部分将外网提供的95℃/70℃的供、回水换为65℃/45℃的低温热水,由于冷,热介质的流量是不相等的,所以,在设计选择时,采用不等截面积的“人”字型波纹板式换热器,这种换热器可以实现1对2或者更高的比例的换热,完成水—水换热要求。
本设计要达到的目标是,使整个大厦的供热安全可靠,经济合理,为用户提供一个完善的供暖系统。

The design of individual heating and thermal station
about Hongtai building in Jinan
Abstract
The project is about the design of individual heating and thermal station for Hongtai building in Jinan . According to the information of construction and raw data, the design is a safe, reliable, economical and reasonable system.
The design uses high-level individual heating system which a twin-tube sets in the Pipeline Room Standpipe. In the middle of the pipes, the system makes catchment devices and each set up an ponent, catchment devices, parallel leads to the indoor heating. The heating means is a low-temperature radiator heating . According to the characteristics of their buildings is vertical at the entrance to each calorimeter to measure calories, achieve household heat metering.
Thermal station danges the 95℃/ 70℃ of the works to the 65℃/ 45℃ of the low-temperature water .Due to cold, heat medium flow is not equal, therefore, the design choices, use of cross-sectional area, ranging from the ‘people’ text corrugated plate heat exchanger. This heat exchanger can achieve one pair of two or higher proportion of the heat exchanger, complete water - to-water heat exchanger requirements.
To achieve the design goal is to make the entire mansions safe and reliable heating and economically reasonable. Updown to provide a sound heating system.
