通过深入深圳市X公司手机壳注塑生产线进行实地调查,测量、记录和收集了该生产线的生产数据,利用时间研究方法、生产率分析与管理方法、人机功能分配理论、人—机分析方法、设施布局与改善方法、物料搬运系统分析方法等理论方法分析得出该生产具有人员量过大、人机功能分配不科学、工作条件较差、作业人员生产不均衡、生产周期过长、生产率底和生产成本高等问题。针对X公司手机壳注塑生产线问题,提出了用部分机械手代替人、局部改变设施布置和物料搬运等改善措施,并研究了方案的具体实施对策,经过生产率和产能分析、经济效益分析、人—机作业分析表明该方案具有可行性。

Abstract
