单纯BSSRO-术后快速正畸治疗下颌前突的可行性研究
摘要
目的：探讨单纯BSSRO-术后快速正畸治疗下颌前突的可行性及效果。
方法：选取2019年1月至2021年1月间在本院接受正畸治疗的下颌前突患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组共30例患者，分别行单纯BSSRO手术和正畸矫正治疗；对照组共30例患者，分别进行传统颌面外科手术和正畸矫正治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后面颊突出度、下颌骨切割数量、手术时间、术后恢复度和总治疗时间。
结果：单纯BSSRO术后快速正畸治疗组术前面颊突出度与对照组无明显差异，治疗后观察组面颊突出度较对照组显著减少(P<)；术后观察组下颌骨切割数量少于对照组，手术时间也显著短于对照组(P<)；经过一定时间的治疗后，观察组患者的面型和面颊位置也较对照组更加美观和自然。
结论：单纯BSSRO-术后快速正畸治疗下颌前突的治疗效果显著，其手术时间短、创伤小，术后恢复期短，可有效降低患者治疗的成本，提高手术治疗的效率和安全性，具有较大可行性和推广价值。

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of simple BSSRO-postoperative rapid orthodontic treatment for mandibular protrusion.
Methods: Select the patients with mandibular protrusion receiving orthodontic treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021, and randomly divide them into the observation group and the control group. The observation group consists of 30 patients who underwent simple BSSRO surgery and orthodontic treatment, and the control group consists of 30 patients who underwent traditional maxillofacial surgery and orthodontic treatment. Compare the cheek projection before and after treatment, the number of mandibular osteotomies, operation time, postoperative recovery, and total treatment time.
Results: There was no significant difference in cheek projection before surgery between the simple BSSRO postoperative rapid orthodontic treatment group and the control group. After treatment, the cheek projection of the observation group was significantly reduced compared with the control group (P <). The number of mandibular osteotomies in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the operation time was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P <). After a certain period of treatment, the facial type and cheek position of the observation group patients were more beautiful and natural than those of the control group.
Conclusion: The treatment effect of simple BSSRO-postoperative rapid orthodontic treatment for mandibular protrusion is significant. It is a low-trauma and short-convalescent procedure that can effectively reduce the cost of treatment for patients, improve the efficiency and safety of surgical treatment, and it has a large feasibility and promotion value.
