Recently, there is a documentary series called "A Bite of China" which introduce the eating culture of china and it e extremely popular on the micro blog and turning into the hottest topic. Chinese people are proud of the food culture of China, and some even praise the documentary by saying that "it is a best patriotic video."
Why this documentary series because so popular?
Well, I would like to introduce you in the following parts.
It has seven parts to introduce different areas and different food, and the different meanings beyond the food.
The first parte is called
A gift of nature
Obsoletely, China has a long history, so that means we have long eating history. People who are close of nature always know that food is the gift from nature, most of people depends on the nature to live, they know the law of nature, so they follow the law to find the food, to eat the food.
In this part, it shows the most natural people how to use the nature to meet their needs.
For example, this girl from Yunnan dig up the matsutake,it is the mushroom, which can only survive in mountain at high altitudes where there is no pollution, today, however, it is expensive and hard to find.
