At present , the issue of professional ethics of teachers in society is now slowly ing a cause of very hot issue since a long time because the teacher is given a symbol of wisdom, is a quality, we have very good group and also determines the nature of occupation professional ethics of teachers destined to be concerned about . Coupled with the similarities and differences , preschool teachers of kindergarten education is more concerned about being social . In childhood the child is blind, irrational , they have not formed rational thinking , the impact of education at this stage as well as their physical and mental aspects of intellectual enlightenment child is crucial . This research is in Xining City each nursery preschool teacher professional ethics and existing problems , on this basis, to explore ways to strengthen early childhood teachers' professional ethics, which made effective governance mechanisms , particularly ethics gradually preschool teachers ethical aspects of the building measures to improve it. Xining preschool teacher professional ethics of exploration and innovation, and propose solutions to problems suggestions to improve the level of viability .
