本文针对新疆黑山露天矿水土流失问题, 分析了风蚀作用发生的基本条件, 对该露天矿在建设和开采过程中水土流失量进行预测及危害评估, 并在此基础上, 将露天矿水土流失防治区域划分为三个级别防护区域, 针对不同的区域特点提出相应的治理措施, 为露天矿防治水土流失和保护环境提出了意见。

Prevention and control measures of water and soil loss in HEISHAN open-pit mine

Abstract:
In this paper, the basic conditions of wind erosion are analyzed in view of the soil erosion in Heishan open pit of Xinjiang. In this area the development and forecast and risk assessment of soil erosion in the production process, on the basis of this, the pit soil erosion control area is divided into three key areas of governance, protection of prehensive protection zone and enclosure protection area, and puts forward the corresponding control measures according to the characteristics of different regions, to prevent open-pit mine the soil erosion, protect the environment and put forward valuable opinions.

1 水土流失现状
新疆黑山露天矿有限公司黑山露天煤矿位于托克逊县西北边缘。区内地表土壤质地颗粒粗, 土层薄, 植被覆盖度低, 加上气候干旱, 常年多风, 水土流失的类型主要以风蚀为主。根据前人的研究成果, 如果发生风蚀, 则必须同时满足以下两个条件[1]:足够将沙尘吹扬的风速和裸露的地表。对于干旱区露天矿, 地表高温炎热, 植被稀少, 多处于戈壁荒漠地带, 表土疏松, 多为细砂或粉质砂岩[2]。砂的直径直接影响起砂风速的大小[3]
