摘    要:
目的探讨临床药师在妊娠合并重症急性胰腺炎患者药物治疗中的作用。方法临床药师参与1例妊娠合并重症急性胰腺炎患者的药物治疗, 建议医师根据临床疗效和病情变化及时调整用药方案, 并关注药物对妊娠患者的影响, 提供更为全面的药学服务。结果临床药师为患者提供个体化药学服务, 提高了临床治疗效果, 减少了药品不良反应。结论临床药师参与药物治疗实践, 有利于提高药物治疗水平。

One case study of severe acute pancreatitis in pregnancy with interventions of clinical pharmacists in the treatments

Abstract:
Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in pharmaceutical care for a pregnant patient with severe acute Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatments for one severe case of acute pancreatitis in on the disease states and therapeutic results, clinical pharmacists adjusted the drug regimen, selected safer antibiotics for pregnant patient and prehensive pharmaceutical services for the Clinical pharmacists provided individualized pharmaceutical care, improved the clinical es and reduced the adverse pharmacists play an important role in improving the drug therapeutic e and monitoring the medication safety in specific group of patients.

妊娠并发急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis in pregnancy, APIP) 是临床少见的孕期并发症, 病情比较凶险, 若治疗不及时, 母体可在较短时间内出现多器官功能衰竭、休克, 甚至死亡, 而胎儿则可出现流产、早产、胎儿宫内窘迫, 甚至胎死宫内等。国外报道妊娠人群中APIP的发病率为1/5 000~1/1 000[1], 有逐年增加的趋势。APIP发病急、并发症多、病死率高, 国外报道病死率在30%~50%之间, 国内报道为30%左右[2]。该病是威胁母婴生命的最危险的消化系统疾病之一, 国内有相关报道指出, 其导致的死亡约占妊娠合并急腹症病孕妇死亡率之首(%) 。笔者参与1例APIP患者的个体化治疗, 现将该治疗的药学实践过程做一分析, 以期为同仁提供参考。
