摘    要:
目的比较洛铂联合香菇多糖与单用洛铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法 52例恶性胸腔积液患者, 随机分为观察组及对照组, 各26例。观察组给予洛铂联合香菇多糖治疗, 对照组单用洛铂治疗。比较两组治疗效果。%, %, 差异具有统计学意义(P<) 。观察组卡氏(KPS) %, %, 差异具有统计学意义(P<) 。两组患者不良反应比较, 差异无统计学意义(P>) 。结论洛铂联合香菇多糖胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液效果理想, 不良反应轻, 可进行推广。

Objective pare the efficacy of malignant pleural effusion treated by bined with lentinan and single losoplatin. Methods A total of 52 malignant pleural effusion patients were randomly divided into observation group and contro
