Abstract: This paper discusses the application of 319─5 solvent-free paint in the insulation treatment of medium-sized motors. As an indispensable equipment in modern industrial production, the insulation treatment of medium-sized motors is essential for their stable operation and safety. Among various insulation treatment methods, 319─5 solvent-free paint has gradually become one of the main choices for insulation treatment of medium-sized motors due to its good insulation performance, high temperature resistance, and chemical stability. This paper introduces the characteristics and advantages of 319─5 solvent-free paint, and elaborates on its application methods and effects in the insulation treatment of medium-sized motors. The research results show that 319─5 solvent-free paint can effectively improve the insulation performance and withstand voltage capacity of medium-sized motors, and enhance the safe and stable operation of motors.

1. Introduction
Medium-sized motors, as commonly used power equipment in modern industry, are widely used in electricity, petroleum, chemical, transportation, and other fields. The insulation treatment of medium-sized motors has a direct impact on their service life, operating efficiency, and safety. Various insulation treatment methods, including paint insulation treatment, are widely used. As a commonly used insulation paint, 319─5 solvent-free paint has the characteristics of good insulation performance, strong high-temperature resistance, and chemical stability, making it an ideal choice for insulation treatment of medium-sized motors. This article mainly discusses the application of 319─5 solvent-free paint in the insulation treatment of medium-sized motors.
2. Characteristics and advantages of 319─5 solvent-free paint
319─5 solvent-free paint is a two-component solvent-free epoxy impregnating varnish composed of epoxy resin, curing agent, and additives. It has the following characteristics and advantages:
1. Good insulation performance: 319─5 solvent-free paint has excellent insulation performance, which can effectively isolate the conductive materials inside the motor and improve the insulation level of the motor.

This paper discusses and introduces the application of 319─5 solvent-free paint in the insulation treatment of medium-sized motors. The research results show that 319─5 solvent-free paint has good insulation performance, high-temperature resistance, and chemical stability, and is suitable for insulation treatment of medium-sized motors. Both impregnation and spray methods can effectively improve the insulation performance of motors. However, the insulation effect of the impregnation method is better, while the spray method is more suitable for mass production. Therefore, the appropriate construction method should be selected according to the specific application requirements.
