与1+X建筑信息模型证书相衔接的课程与教学内容体系研究——以建设项目信息化管理专业为例
摘要:随着信息技术的快速发展和建筑行业的不断发展,建设项目信息化管理已经成为当前建筑行业发展的趋势,也成为提高建筑项目管理水平的必然要求。建筑信息模型(BIM)作为一种全新的信息化技术工具,在建筑项目中的应用越来越广泛。为了更好地培养建设项目信息化管理专业人才,与1+X建筑信息模型证书相衔接的课程与教学内容体系研究已成为当务之急。
本文首先从建设项目信息化管理专业的培养目标入手,分析了建筑信息模型的发展现状和意义。然后,通过对建筑信息模型的主要功能和特点进行分析,提出了与1+X建筑信息模型证书相衔接的课程设置建议。在课程设置方面,建议同时注重理论学习与实践应用,结合建筑项目的实际案例,重点培养学生的工程实践能力和创新能力。在教学内容体系方面,建议注重系统性与综合性,全面涵盖建筑信息模型的各个方面知识和技术。同时,强调学生的实际操作能力培养和团队协作能力培养,通过实际项目实践和案例分析等教学方法,提高学生的实践能力和问题解决能力。

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous development of the construction industry, the informatization management of construction projects has become the trend of the current construction industry and the inevitable requirement to improve the level of construction project management. As a new information technology tool, Building Information Model (BIM) is widely used in construction projects. In order to better train talents in the field of construction project information management, the research on the curriculum and teaching content system that is connected with the 1+X Building Information Model certificate has become an urgent priority.
This paper starts with the training objectives of the construction project information management major and analyzes the development status and significance of the building information model. Then, through the analysis of the main functions and characteristics of the building information model, this paper puts forward suggestions for the curriculum setting that is connected with the 1+X Building Information Model certificate. In terms of curriculum setting, it is suggested to pay attention to both theoretical learning and practical application, combine with practical cases of construction projects, and focus on cultivating students' engineering practical ability and innovation ability. In terms of teaching content system, it is suggested to pay attention to systematic and comprehensive coverage, and comprehensively cover various aspects of knowledge and technology of building information models. At the same time, it emphasizes the cultivation of students' practical operation ability and team collaboration ability. Through teaching methods such as practical project practice and case analysis, it improves students' practical ability and problem-solving ability.
In terms of teaching methods, a variety of flexible and diverse teaching methods should be adopted, such as theoretical explanation, case analysis, team collaboration, etc., to enhance students' interest in learning and participation. At the same time, it can also be combined with the actual work environment through internships and visits, improve students' practical ability and application ability.
Finally, combining with the development trend of building information model and the training requirements of construction project information management major, this paper puts forward the implementation strategy of the curriculum and teaching content system that is connected with the 1+X Building Information Model certificate. Through reasonable curriculum setting and scientific teaching methods, it can better train talents in the field of construction project information management and meet the demand for high-level professional talents in the construction industry.
