Abstract:
In recent years, with the rapid development of the global economy and the improvement of internationalization, multinational companies have gradually emerged. Among them, cross-border technology mergers and acquisitions are considered to be an important strategic means to acquire advanced technology and market resources. Taking China's Sany Heavy Industry as an example, this paper studies the innovation performance of its cross-border technology mergers and acquisitions. Through the analysis of cross-border technology mergers and acquisitions cases of Sany Heavy Industry, this paper analyzes the ways and influencing factors of its innovation performance, and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.
