[摘要] 近年来发生在经济领域的犯罪,尤其是上市公司会计舞弊等特殊经济犯罪日益频繁且大有愈演愈烈之态势。如何识别会计舞弊并对其进行整治一直是会计界头痛的问题。随着改革开放的进一步深化和市场经济的发展使会计环境复杂多样,一些上市公司和个人出于私利凭借自身的条件,进行会计舞弊行为,严重影响了社会主义市场经济秩序。为了我国社会主义市场经济健康、稳定、快速、持续地发展,同时也为了也为规范会计行业的健康发展,更好地加强社会主义法制建设和党风廉政建设的需要,深入认识并剖析会计舞弊进而预防、检查、监督、惩治会计舞弊越来越有其特殊而又重大的现实意义。由此,本文从理论和实务的角度,对上市公司会计舞弊的类型、成因进行了深入浅出地剖析,并结合当时会计舞弊新的变化就如何防范会计舞弊提出了相应对策。
