[摘要](“摘要”二字小四黑体,后面空一格) 随着金融危机时代的来临,经济慢慢复苏,物流已被列入十大振兴产业,发展现代物流已成为一种趋势。在物流企业中,管理水平决定了企业的利润水平,也决定了企业的核心竞争力。“六西格玛管理”理论顺应了现代物流企业发展的特点,为物流的创新与发展提供了一套全新的思想,为物流企业业务流程的评价与改进,提供了丰富而专业的统计分析工具。六西格玛的管理方法旨在消除所有流程中浪费,提升速度,提高质量;通过在质量、时间、成本上的改善提高物流绩效。本文结合现代物流企业开展六西格玛管理的现状和推行六西格玛管理的实际需要,叙述了六西格玛在物流中的作用,重点阐述了六西格玛在物流企业质量管理、库存管理中的实际应用,明晰了六西格玛在提高顾客的满意度,增加企业收益,降低物流成本,缩短服务周期,提高企业效益中的重要意义,从而实现企业、员工、顾客三方的和谐共赢。六西格玛方法为全面提高我和经营绩效提供有益的借鉴。(摘要内容小四宋体)
