摘要:
采煤机是开采煤矿的一种重要设备,由于采煤机在工作过程中的复杂环境条件以及复杂负载情况,使得其工作性能与寿命能力受到很大的挑战。因此,本文以采煤机截割部行星架为研究对象,对其疲劳寿命进行了仿真分析研究。
本文首先介绍了煤矿采煤机的基本结构及工作原理,并对采煤机截割部行星架的结构特点、工作条件及疲劳破坏机制进行了详细阐述。接着,通过有限元分析软件对行星架 undercarriage 的模型进行建立,并对其进行静态分析、动态分析以及疲劳分析。
本实验对采煤机截割部行星架的疲劳寿命进行了仿真计算与分析,进一步探讨了模型参数对行星架疲劳寿命的影响,得出了行星架疲劳寿命与载荷、转速、行星轮和齿轮的Crown形状等多个因素间的关系。
最后,本文总结了研究成果,并对采煤机截割部行星架的寿命设计提出了一些建议与展望。

Abstract:
Coal mining machine is an important equipment in coal mining. Due to the complex environmental conditions and complex load conditions in the working process of coal mining machine, its working performance and life span are greatly challenged. Therefore, this paper takes the planetary frame of the cutting part of the coal mining machine as the research object, and conducts a simulation analysis of its fatigue life.
This paper first introduces the basic structure and working principle of the coal mining machine, and elaborates on the structure characteristics, working conditions and fatigue failure mechanism of the planetary frame of the cutting part of the coal mining machine. Then, the finite element analysis software was used to establish the model of the planetary frame undercarriage, and static analysis, dynamic analysis and fatigue analysis were carried out.
In this experiment, the fatigue life of the planetary frame of the cutting part of the coal mining machine was simulated and analyzed. The influence of model parameters on the fatigue life of the planetary frame was further discussed, and the relationship between the fatigue life of the planetary frame and the load, speed, planetary wheel and gear Crown shape was obtained.
Finally, this paper summarizes the research results, and puts forward some suggestions and prospects for the life design of the planetary frame of the cutting part of the coal mining machine.
