Ma Po Tofu

5. Add the cubed tofu to the wok and gently stir to coat in the sauce. Be careful not to break the tofu.
6. Cover the wok and let the tofu simmer in the sauce for 5-10 minutes until the tofu has absorbed some of the sauce and has become heated through.
7. Add the cornstarch mixture to the wok and stir gently to thicken the sauce.
