[摘要] 目的考察超细粉体技术对小儿腹泻外敷凝胶中丁香酚透皮吸收的影响。方法以丁香酚单位面积累积渗透量为指标,采用Franz扩散池分别对药材普通粉和超细粉制备的两种小儿腹泻外敷凝胶进行小鼠离体皮肤体外渗透实验。结果丁香酚在两种凝胶中均以零级释放过程透过皮肤,±、±/(cm2·h),二者具有显著性差异(p<)。结论超细粉体技术可以加快凝胶中有效成分的吸收,提高生物利用度。

The Transdermal Absorption Effect of Ultra Powder Technology on Xiao’er Fuxie Waifu Gel

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of ultra powder technology on transdermal absorption of eugenol in Xiao’er Fuxie Waifu gel. Methods The release test of two kinds of Xiao’er Fuxie Waifu gel was assayed with Franz diffusion cell by the index of cumulative releasing of Eugenol in unit area in vitro. Results The percutaneous absorption process of eugenol in two kinds of gels were conformed to zero-order releasing model and the transdermal rates were ± and ± µg/(cm2·h) respectively.
