一、合同材料描述
1. 材料名称与规格

六、Inspection and Acceptance

八、Liability for Breach of Contract
1. Party A's Liability for Breach of Contract
If Party A fails to pay the goods as agreed upon in the contract, Party A shall pay a penalty of ______% of the unpaid amount for each day of delay.
If Party A unreasonably refuses to accept the materials that meet the requirements, Party A shall bear the losses caused to Party B, including but not limited to transportation costs and material storage costs.
2. Party B's Liability for Breach of Contract

十、Force Majeure
1. Definition

2. Exemption from Liability
During the occurrence of force majeure events, both parties shall notify each other and provide relevant proof documents. The party that is unable to perform its contractual obligations due to force majeure shall not be liable for breach of contract, but shall make every effort to minimize losses.
