2025年中国文化英语版:肯定词汇的解析(精选6篇)
篇1:中国文化英语版:肯定词汇的解析
1. 是 – Shì|是的 – Shìde
Used to confirm something. Typically, “shì是” is used in answers to questions that contain “shì是” .There's also “shìde是的” , which is a soft and polite agreement that also expresses complaisance to the person you're talking to. It's more colloquial than “shì是”.
A: 你是中国人吗? nǐ shì zhōngguó rén ma? — Are you Chinese?
B1: 是 shì — Yes, I am.
B2: 是的 shìde — Yes, I am.
2. 对 – duì
Means “correct” in Chinese. It's very similar to how “right” is used in English.
3. 没错 – méicuò
It literally means “you're not wrong”. “méicuò没错” could be translated as “that's right” .
A: 你是学生吗? nǐ shì xuéshēng mа? — Are you a student?
B: 没错 méi cuò — That's right.
– hǎo|好的 – hǎode
Both of them are similar to “good,” “fine,” and “OK.” They are the most common ways of saying “OK” or “good” as an agreement to a request.
“好的hǎode” is much more softer than “好hǎo” in the tone. You can hear “好的hǎode” from hotel staff or a server at a restaurant that means “I agree (with you)” or “will do”.
A: 请把我的行李放在我的房间 qǐng bǎ wǒde xínglǐ fàngzài wǒde fángjiān — Please take the suitcase to my room .
B: 好的 hǎode — Will do.
4. 行 – xíng
“Will do,” “OK.” This word originates from the verb “to go”. You may have seen this character painted on the traffic signs.
A: 晚上吃火锅可以吗?wǎnshàng chī huǒguō kěyǐ ma ? — Can we have hotpot tonight?
B: 行 xíng — OK.
You might hear “还行 hái xíng” is used commonly in Chinese talk.
A: 这家餐馆怎么样? zhè jiā cānguǎn zěn me yàng? — What do you think about this restaurant?
B:还行 hái xíng — It's OK .(but I'm not impressed).
5. 可以 – kěyǐ
Used to give someone permission to do something, often translated as “can” or “may.”
A: 可以抽烟吗 ? kěyǐ chōuyān ma? — Can I smoke here?
B: 可以 kěyǐ — Yes, you can.
Both kěyǐ可以 and xíng行 are the words that mean “you can,” so in some cases 可以 and 行 can be used interchangeably.
6. Ok了 – Ok le
As a colloquial way of saying some work has been done, young generations like to speak “Ok le” in the daily.
A: 你做完作业了吗? nǐ zuò wán zuòyè le ma? — Have you finished your homework?
B: Ok了. — Yes, I have.

篇2:英语版中国文化:双十一是什么日子
“Double 11/双11/ shuāng 11”, Chinese Single's Day aka “GuānggùnJié” ( 光棍节/ GuānggùnJié) is an entertaining festival widespread among young Chinese people to celebrate the fact that they are proud of being single. The date, November 11th (11/11), is chosen because the number “1” resembles an individual that is alone. The four “one”s signify singles, and reflect the name GuānggùnJié. Literally, it means “bare sticks day”; figuratively, a “bare stick” is someone who is single in day therefore used to only be celebrated by men, but gradually women have jumped and joined in the fun.
No one knows exactly where the holiday comes from originally, although a popular story goes that it arose from some unique traditions invented by college students in Nanjing. But believe it or not, this number festival ( 11) has become the largest online shopping carnival in China, with huge amount of e-commercial sales.
Meanwhile, on the date of “ 11” , there will be plenty of bars, restaurants, cinemas and department stores looking to attract groups of single/non-single friends out for a fun time and a happy atmosphere. Deep discount offers would be available both online and in-stores in a variety of items, from matchmaking services to “boyfriend pillows,” – oblong, human-sized pillows optimally shaped for snuggling and spooning.
In one word, November 11th (双11 / shuāng 11) , a Chinese festival Inspired by the number of “one”s in the date, has been requisitioned by online capitalists.
