摘要
现有的健身器材以阻力加载器件来分有重块、磁电等几种类型。重块型是常用的一种阻力器,使用时发出的噪声较大。磁电式阻力器,控制系统较复杂,而且都是电动机带动传送带运动,其不足之处是人在传送带上必须不停的跑步和走步才能保持在原地不动,一开始慢,以后逐渐加快,人是在被动,强迫状态下运动,人体没有安全感;同时消耗电能,浪费能源不经济。
本设计的健身车跑步机通过液压阻尼由低速到高速自由调节流量,根据流量的大小,自身调节脚踏力从而达到不同的训练效果,类似人以不同的速度在坡度的跑步,运动的舒适性大大改善,降低发生运动伤害的可能性。结构合理,高效环保,制动力大、安全可靠。采用液压传动是用液体作为介质来传递能量的,能够自动润滑格元器件,提高了其寿命。

Abstract
Sorted by load device, there are several types of existing body building apparatus, such as heavy block, ic electricity etc. Heavy block type is a kind monly used resistance devices, which sent out great noise while using. The control system of the ic electricity type is plicated. All of its drive mode is that motors drive the conveyor belt. The weakness is that the man has to keep running or walking in order to stay on the belt. The speed of the belt accelerates gradually. Be in passive and forced to exercise, Man has no sense of safety. Furthermore it is uneconomical for electricity consumming.
This design of the Fitness Vehicles can reach different training results to build up body by regulating the flow from low-speed to high speed freely through the hydraulic damper. The pedal strength regulates According to the size of the flow just similar to a man running in the slope with different speed. fortableness of the movement is improved greatly and the possibility of the movement injury reduces. The structure is rational, environmental, force great, safe and reliable. Oil liquid is used to transmit energy which can self-lubricate ponents so as to raise the life-span.
