US is called Uncle Sam, do you know its
story?
US is also called “a big melting pot”, can you guess its meaning and the reason?
What is an American Dream? (use your
imagination to describe it)
Why US is Uncle Sam?
US is a Big Melting Pot
What is an American Dream?
American dream is the belief that America is a country where one can seek for opportunities and success, as well as better life. In the early days of colonization, people, especially Europeans, began streaming into this land of promise bearing the dreams to avoid political and religious persecution, shake off the poverty in their homeland, to pursue more prosperous life. Nowadays, many people from other parts of the world still hold the belief that America is a place to realize their dreams to achieve their personal values.
American Dream
