Parties to the Agreement
The Employer (hereinafter referred to as "Employer") and the Employee (hereinafter referred to as "Employee") have entered into this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") for the purpose of regulating the rights and obligations between them in the course of employment.
Purpose of the Agreement
