Urinary ordinarly test
(一)尿 量
正常尿量1000-ml/24h，平均1500ml/24h
多尿(polyuria)：经常>2500ml/日，主要见于慢性肾炎(chronic glomerulonephritis)、ATN(acute tubular necrosis)
少尿(oliguria)：<400ml/日 见于ARF(acute renal failure)
无尿(anuria)：<100ml/日 见于ARF(acute renal failure)

(二)外观(appearance)
(normal urine)：透明淡黄，久置后微量沉淀
：桔子、黄连素等
(pathologic pathologic alterations of appearance)
血尿(hematuria)：镜下血尿(microscopic hematuria ): RBC>3/HP;肉眼血尿(macroscopic hematuria)> 1ml/L 肾小球血尿(glomerular hematuria)：异形红细胞为主
非肾小球血尿(postglomerular hematuria)：均一形RBC为主

(二)外观(appearance)
血红蛋白尿(hemoglobinuria)：浓茶、酱油色、 OB(+)、镜检无RBC、见于蚕豆病、PNH、血型不合。
脓尿和菌尿(pyuria and bacteriuria)：静置不沉淀,见于尿道感染。
判别(distinguish)： 脓(菌)尿→加热→混浊；
结晶尿→加酸(碱)→变清。
胆红素尿(Bilirubinuria)：深黄色, 见于阻塞性/肝细胞性黄疸。
乳糜尿(chyluria)：白色乳样，见于丝虫病、TB、肿瘤。
