[内容摘要]在气候问题备受关注的国际大背景下,从《京都议定书》到“巴厘岛路线图”,世界各国都在为解决气候问题而努力,低碳经济的概念应运而生。它不仅是人类为保护地球提出的新口号,也是后工业时代人类追求健康生活,实现可持续发展的最终目标。低碳经济是一种新的发展模式,是我国建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会,实现可持续发展的重途径。旅游业作为第三产业的重要组成部分,应成为低碳经济的有机组成部分。建设低碳社会,发展低碳旅游是长株潭两型社会的当务之急。旅游业的可持续发展必须实行低碳经济,低碳旅游与可持续发展的目标是一致的。文章介绍了国内外低碳经济、低碳旅游、两型社会的研究情况,随后就旅游业与低碳经济的相互关系进行阐述,得出低碳旅游是旅游业可持续发展的关键,最后以长株潭为例,对如何发展低碳旅游提出了自己的对策与建议。

[ABSTRACT] In the climate of concern in the international context from the "Kyoto Protocol" to the "Bali road map" countries in the world all working hard to address climate issues, low-carbon economy Di Gainian emerged.
