进销存系统,作为引导企业信息化管理进程的先锋产品,已成功部署于我国诸多大
中型企业中并发挥着无可替代的重要作用。而各中小型制造业企业作为我国制造业新型
产业结构的重要组成部分,在推进企业信息化管理的初始阶段——即部署进销存系统的
阶段正面临着诸多问题甚至瓶颈,以至于无法发挥已部署之进销存系统的应有功效甚至
无法成功的部署进销存系统,阻碍了企业信息化管理的健康发展。
研究与开发面向中小型制造业企业的进销存系统作为一个重要课题已经摆在相关
研究人员与开发人员面前。而企业对进销存系统规范企业管理机制、实现企业资源的最
大利用率等更多的期望,也对该课题最终将达到的理论与实践高度提出了更高的要求。
本文对中小型制造业企业的自身特点及其导致的对进销存系统的特殊需求进行了
理论探索;分析了目前正被广泛采用的进销存系统的设计与开发模式的局限性;归纳出
了适合于中小型制造业企业的进销存系统所必备的可变更、可重构、可延伸等若干特点,
进而构造了面向中小型制造业企业的新型进销存系统模型,为具体开发提供了理论依
据。
在此理论模型的基础之上,依托实际项目——大连鸿泽泵业进销存系统,阐述了面
向中小型制造业企业进销存系统的设计、开发与部署过程:详述了对企业需求的调研过
程及对系统总体功能的设计思想;说明了系统的各项功能与其相对应的操作方法;重点
研究了系统开发过程中实现某些关键细节的算法。
系统测试与试运行的成功结果证实了其理论依据的正确性与开发模式的可行性。在
对系统的改进与升级做出进一步计划的基础上,展望了未来研究的发展的方向。

Abstract
Purchase,Sales and Inventory System,as a guide the process of enterprise information
management pioneer products,the Department has essfully are many large and
medium-sized enterprises in China and play an irreplaceable important role to the
small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises as a new type of industrial structure of
China's manufacturing industry an important part of enterprise information in advance of the
