摘要
山东省是我国的经济大省,全省的GDP总量一直处于全国前列。山东半岛是山东省的经济核心,不仅是中国沿海最具活力的经济区域之一,同时也是中国东部地区对外开放的重要窗口,地理位置极其优越。山东半岛蓝色经济区的经济发展影响着整个山东省的经济发展,更重要的是,对外贸易作为经济发展的重要方面,山东半岛蓝色经济区对外贸易产业的发展也影响着蓝色经济区的发展。近年来,随着山东半岛蓝色经济区经济和贸易的不断高速发展,蓝色经济区里的对外贸易产业也面临着国际和国内双重压力。产品技术含量低、质量差、专利纠纷导致大量的经济纠纷,从而出现不断的贸易摩擦。同时,随着资源的不断消耗,资源因素也制约着外贸产业的发展。不过随着《山东半岛蓝色经济区发展规划》的批复,蓝色经济区里的对外贸易产业迎来了新的发展机会,从而促进对外贸易产业的升级,以及形成全新的发展战略。

ABSTRACT
Shandong is one of the largest provinces in economics of our country; the GDP of it has been in the lead of our country. Shandong peninsula is the economic core in Shandong province, it's one of the most dynamic economic regions along China's coast, also it's the important window for opening to the outside world in eastern China, and the geographical position is extremely superior. The economic development of Shandong peninsula blue economic zone affects the whole economic development in Shandong province, and, more importantly, foreign trade as one of the most important aspects of the economic development, Shandong peninsula blue economic zone of the foreign trade industry development also affects the development of blue economic zone. In recent years, with the Shandong peninsula blue economic belt continuous high speed development of economy and trade, blue economic zone in the foreign trade industry is faced with international and domestic double pressure. Product technology content are low, poor quality, patent disputes leaded to a large number of economic disputes thus appeared constantly trade friction. At the same time, with the continuous consumption of resources, resource factors also restrict the development of foreign trade industry. But as the Shandong peninsula blue economic zone development planning approval, blue economic zone in the foreign trade industry ushered in the new development opportunity, so as to promote the upgrading of foreign trad
