[摘要]倡导以人为本的大学教学是社会变革和发展的外在压力使然,也是大学教学的内在诉求。以人为本的大学教学面向全体教师和学生,能够体现和挖掘学生的主体性,展现教师的教学个性和学生的学****个性,注重[摘要]倡导以人为本的大学教学是社会变革和发展的外在压力使然,也是大学教学的内在诉求。以人为本的大学教学面向全体教师和学生,能够体现和挖掘学生的主体性,展现教师的教学个性和学生的学****个性,注重教师和学生的全面发展,焕发教师和学生的生命活力。当今的大学教学,必须以和谐民主互动的师生关系为基础,通过全面的教学目标、适切的教学内容、灵活的教学方法和平等的师生关系实现以人为本。

Abstract:The advocation of peopleoriented university teaching is resulted from the external pressure of social changes and development as ents of the current teaching trend in universities. Being geared to the needs of both teachers and students, peopleoriented university teaching can arouse and embody the subjectivity of the students, thus exhibit the teaching characteristics of the theacher as phasizing the fullscale development of the teachers and students, peopleoriented university teaching enlivens the vitalities of both teachers and students. Noonious interactive teacherstudent relationship by searching for allround teaching aims,suitable teaching contents, flexible teaching methods and equal teacherstudent relationship.
