摘要
月面巡视探测器简称月球车,是探月工程探测器系统的重要组成部分。 月球车是多学科、高技术集成的复杂系统工程,涉及到机器人技术、无人驾驶技术、材料科学、信息技术、先进制造技术、工艺技术等多个领域,对提升中国的自主创新能力,带动相关产业发展,推进月球探测、火星探测工程将产生深远影响。
“登月车”机器人模型玩具模仿登月车的功能和任务,运用到工业机器人设计的理念和知识。产品具有良好的社会效益和经济效益,不仅能鼓舞广大青少年探索宇宙的兴趣和爱好,同时也是对机器人知识的一种很好的普及。
本设计要求对“登月车”机器人模型玩具进行详细的设计、计算、校核、选型,以实现玩具厂家指定的功能,并整理成书面报告;要求绘制“登月车”模型玩具的整车装配图或结构图;要求独立绘制车体部分装配图或部分组成部件的元件图;要求独立设计“登月车”模型玩具的电子控制系统,并绘制相应的电路图,编制相应的控制程序。

Abstract
This design simulates the basic action and the basic function of the moon-robot ,with the thinking of the design , according to major knowledge I give a concept to settle the problem in a proper way and synthesizely make use of a the principle knowledge to creative a new design for moon-robot , plete drawings of parts , including the principle conceive of mechnical structure, the design of single chip control system;3 D conjecture assemble; imitating the real sport; the analysis and realizing of the key technique; designing Chien's diagram of primarily structural; design calculation and elucidation ; sub-footing of this design.
Design request of the moon-robot: calculating in the way of laying up the machine arm of moon-robot, its length is smaller or same as 300mm,the width is smaller or same as 300 mm, the height is smaller or same as 300 mm; the motivation can adopt the multiform prime power supply, Disallow to use the direct force of manpower to move the moon-robot,its power supply should for the safe power supply。The key of the moon-robot’s main technique problem is:totightly cliping and turning over of the holding and clipping machinery; unning-machinery turns the direction , runs and goes across the obstacle; Heating up the machine hand ;PRO/ E conjecture design with 3 D conjec
