海关对企业实施诚信管理导读
一、海关对企业实施诚信管理的原则
广州海关根据企业守法状况、经营规模和进出口情况等评定诚信企业,对评定的诚信企业实施便利措施,并对外公布。企业自认为符合诚信企业资格条件的,可向主管海关申请诚信企业资格。
Ⅰ. Principle
Guangzhou Customs will generally grant facilitation to Credit Enterprises. Customs will assess an enterprise according to a series of elements as its lawful status, business scale, volume of import and export and declare the results to the public. If any enterprise considers itself qualified, it can apply to the local customs for assessment on its own.
二、诚信企业享有的便利措施
Ⅱ. Facilitation for Credit Enterprises
(一)企业在进出口货物报关单电子数据申报成功后直接到验放环节办理手续。
ⅰ. Go direct to get the release once its entry EDI (electronic digital input) is approved.
(二)海关按照规定对应税货物实行总担保,先放后征。

(五)一般情况下海关在通关环节以其申报的商品名称办理手续。确需进行化验的,海关抽样后,货物可先予放行。抽取的样品予以优先化验。
