摘要
当前,世界经济正在开始新一轮的增长,经济全球化趋势不断增强,以信息技术产业为先导的新经济方兴未艾,虽然对新经济的提法还没有统一的意见,如有电子经济、网络经济、信息经济、知识经济等说,但是各界已经一致认为近期的重点是建立在互联网基础上的电子商务新经济电子。近几年,中国的电子商务得到很大的发展,也越来越引起各企业的重视。但在发展过程之中也存在着许多问题,机遇与挑战并存。在发展电子商务的过程中,要抓住机遇,面对挑战,积极促成这些问题的逐个解决,使电子商务得以健康发展。商务是一种新兴的商务形式,且备受世界各国的重视。中国电子商务的发展经历了一个艰辛的历程后,得到很大程度的发展。本文主要介绍了电子商务的优势,以及我国电子商务发展情况,然后分析中国电子商务的发展走向,并就我国电子商务的发展提出了几点可行性的建议。

Abstract
At present, the world economy is a growing trend of economic globalization, unceasing enhancement, information technology industry as the forerunner of the new economy in the new economy, although prospering the formulation of opinion, not as a unified electronic economy, network economy and information economy, knowledge economy, but all have so agreed that the key is based on recent based on merce new economic electronics. In recent years, China's merce development also got a lot of attention all the more and more enterprises. But in the development process, there exist many problems and opportunities and challenges.
