摘要:在现代大型化工中,由于装置的大型化,生产费用中设备费所占比例下降,原料费和能量消耗费所占比例增大。而在能耗中,换热器网络所需的能耗是大多数化工过程总能耗的主要部分。本文详细介绍了换热网络的相关概念、特点以及优化方面的问题,使我们能够选择更合适的换热网络,使该网络所需的费用降到最低。

Abstract: In the modern large chemical industry, due to a large unit, the production cost of equipment costs drop in the proportion of raw material cost and energy consumption, the proportion increased. In the energy, heat work required energy consumption is the most major part of the total energy consumption of chemical process. This paper introduces the heat work of related concepts, characteristics and optimization problems, so that we can choose more suitable heat work, make work costs to a minimum.
