摘? 要:投篮是篮球运动中最重要的进攻技术, 是比赛中唯一的得分手段,也是一切进攻技、战术的最终目的和全部攻守矛盾的焦点。投篮本身也是一项复杂的技术动作, 因而影响投篮命中率的因素很多。提高投篮命中率, 一直是广大篮球专业人员探讨的重要问题。根据对篮球运动中运用篮球技术情况的分析, 从加强投篮动作的技术规范化、选择合适的方式和时机等方面对影响投篮命中率的问题进行了分析, 提出了训练中应该重视和解决的问题。

Abstract:Shooting is in the cage game the most important attack technology, is in petition the only score method, is also all attack technology, the tactical final goal and plete offensive and defensive contradictory focal point. Shooting is in itself also plex technical movement, thus the influence shooting average's factor are many. Raises the shooting average, has been the important question which the general basketball specialists discuss. According to utilizes the basketball technology situation to the cage game in the analysis, from strengthened shooting aspects and so on movement technical standardization, choice appropriate way and opportunity to affects the shooting average the question to carry on the analysis, asked the question which in the training should take seriously and solve.
